Ted Ramirez – President

Ted Ramirez, a native of Las Cruces, New Mexico, and a graduate of New Mexico State University, brings over 40 years of real-world experience in corporate America. Ted’s bilingual abilities in English and Spanish and his diverse interactions in the U.S. and globally have shaped his effective approach to mediation, arbitration, and negotiation. As a member of the New Mexico Mediation Association and the Texas Mediation Association, and his approval by the BBB for Lemon Law arbitration, Ted’s leadership is instrumental in our services.

Nancy Ramirez – Partner

Nancy Ramirez has dedicated over 40 years to education, specializing in Special Education and diagnostics. Her experience in attending Individual Education Plan meetings and her extensive knowledge in Special Education make her a valuable asset in mediation, particularly in cases involving guardianship and child custody.
